The International Baikal Investment and Construction Forum
The International Baikal Investment and Construction Forum is an annual industry platform for creating an open dialogue between higher educational institutions, scientific organizations, leading construction and manufacturing companies, construction market experts and government authorities.
The purpose of the forum:
The main goal of the forum is to ensure sustainable innovative development of the construction industry, maintain the continuity of scientific schools, form a new level of training for professional personnel, and strengthen scientific and business contacts.

Forum dates: November 18-19
Forms of participation:
- Plenary lecture (10-15 minutes);
- Publication of a scientific article;
- Participation without a report (listener).
We will be glad to consider your original, previously unpublished works on the forum topics. Based on the results of the forum, a collection of scientific articles will be published in an international publication indexed in the Scopus, WOS database.
