New musical, vocal and dance stars lit up the on April 24 on the stage of the assembly hall of the dorm N13 of NI ISTU campus. More than 70 participants have submitted creative shows to the jury in the framework of the annual contest "Talents of Campus".
ISTU students of different years and specialties showed in several categories: dance, vocal, original genre, song and artistic word. Before getting to the final concert, each participant was pre-selected in his dorm.
Student of the Institute of Fine Arts, Social and Humanitarian sciences, Lyudmila Tarkhanova, says that the dance show "Pashka’s Dreams" was prepared for three weeks.
"Our extraordinary team of " Flyuru prinesi" was organized last year. We always try to surprise the audience. The creating of the performance began with beautiful music. Gathered together, we began to plan the movements, to combine them together. Thus a kind of potpourri was born. I take part in this competition four years and always wait for the shows of the other guys. It is complicated to know everybody in our large campus, but this competition helps us to make new friends and know better one another. "
According to the results of the contest in the nomination "Dance", the first place with an incendiary rumba was taken by the students of Chemical and Metallurgical Faculty, Rustam Ishbulatov and Ekaterina Repey. The top step of the podium in the nomination "Original genre" went to Alexander Grishaev and Alexander Lagutin. The students presented the sport and a musical performance combining beatbox and freestyle with a ball. The composition of the student-chimiste, Nguyen Truong Khoi, is recognized as the best among the vocalists. Anastasiya Obukhova, a student of the Institute of Fine Arts, Social and Humanitarian sciences, read the poem "Friends" and became the best in the category "Artistic word." Student of the Institute of Economics, Management and Law, Vasiliy Ryutin, got the first place in the category "Original song" for the touching song "Mama".
Member of the jury, the art director of the nightclub "Megapolis", Elena Baranova, has been evaluating for six years the artistic talents of the inhabitants of NI ISTU campus.
Contest winners received certificates and gifts from the university: the collections of fiction, headphones, acoustic systems, t-shirts, mugs and towels with the symbols of ISTU campus, as well as prizes and gifts from the Center of mass cultural and educational work.
