INRTU Technopark was launched in 2010 and has become the first science and technology complex in the region. The 5260 sq.meters space is home to research labs, training, production, and corporate research centers, a business-incubator and a spacious conference hall. Over 50 high-tech companies are Technopark residents. In 2017, they earned more than 287 million rubles and paid over 50 million rubles as taxes.
Exhibition hall of the Technopark demonstrates visitors the results of research, innovative and investment projects developed and implemented by the University.The Technopark building is a modern structure of atrium style designed by the team of professors and students of INRTU Institute of Architecture and Construction. The interior design of the Technopark was awarded the gold medal at the competition "Interiors 2008" of the Siberian Federal District. The University invested 150 million rubles to the construction of the Technopark while the amount of federal budget was 25 million rubles.
