The manager of ISTU Technopark, Kseniya Sinitsyna, became a member of the seminar "Dynamic model of entrepreneurial learning", which was held at the Moscow State University on May14 - 17. Due to the results of the workshop she plans to hold business games for students - aspiring entrepreneurs in the Technopark. Games will be aimed to identify non-standard solutions, increasing the motivation of the participants to succeed, to coordinate joint efforts, to share the roles and the formation of the project team
K. Sinitsyna reported that at a seminar at Moscow State University in the framework of the courses organized by the "Center of Entrepreneurship", teachers of the American and Russian universities (Dr. Ray Smilor, Michael Morris, Minet Shindehut and Galina Shirokova) talked about how to build a more effective training program, teaching to the basis of entrepreneurship for students of Russian universities. According to them, creative approach helps them to find new solutions, creating the program of courses for future businessmen.
"The topicality of a seminar was interesting to me as a teacher of the course "Innovative Management. Venture business. Technology Commercialization ", which has been held at the ISTU Technopark since 2011. I learned a lot of useful information, which can supplement a program of our courses. Presenting every lecture as bright public presentation, American lecturers are trying to interest the audience. The teachers demonstrated how to make a fascinating lecture for the students who want to grow into successful entrepreneurs. These are the guys who take courses to learn innovative management in ISTU ", said K. Sinitsyna.
According to her, the main idea of lectures of foreign experts is that building our lives, we are already the owners: "At any age, it is possible and necessary to develop the entrepreneurial spirit and qualities of a successful businessman: an unusual approach to solve the problem, the ability to promote the idea, the ability to see it where others do not see. Entrepreneurs have flexibility of mind, self-organization and willpower. Our task is to develop these qualities in students and equip the knowledge of the mechanisms of implementation of ideas into production. "
Workshop at MSU consisted of several business games, for example, participants were asked to create a team of like-minded people and build aircraft. "Most of the teams started making airplanes”, says K. Sinitsyna. “However, the group that designed a pretty heavy, a little like a flying machine, object, which flew surprisingly longer and further than others, won. The game was aimed at making non-standard approach to solve the problem and to see it from an unusual angle. This is what we teach students in the courses "Innovation Management" at the Technopark. Trump of classroom team is the great ideas that are born in the minds of the participants. Therefore, it can be "different": some people have good understanding of the market, others are excellent technicians. Teams of project managers of ISTU look sometimes in that way. Young people are highly complete each other and this can lead to success. "
