The area of professional activity of the master’s course “Environmental Safety” is to ensure human safety in the modern world, the formation of comfortable technosphere for human life and work, minimization of the technogenic, including anthropogenic, impact on the natural environment, the preservation of human life and health using modern technical means, methods of control and forecasting. The master's program "Environmental Safety" is implemented in full-time and part-time studies.

Environmental safety is the main prerequisite for the sustainable economy and society development. In countries with developing economies, there is a need for professionals capable of implementing the principles of rational use of natural resources, minimizing the impact of industrial and economic activities on the biosphere and organizing its sustainable functioning, and creating material and energy-saving and environmentally friendly technologies.
